On the eve of the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the management of JSC Embamunaigas congratulated the veterans of Emba - the home front workers - on the forthcoming holiday.
Sabit Arynov, General Director of JSC Embamunaigas, and his deputies visited the houses of labour veterans, talked to the aksakals, presented them with gifts and expressed gratitude for their selfless work during the war and post-war years.
Makash Rakhmetov, an excellent worker in the Soviet oil industry, whose childhood coincided with the war, still remembers the hardships of his youth. His wartime childhood, his fortitude and self-denial during the years of post-war construction, when the country had to be raised from the ruins, and then decades of peaceful labour for the benefit of Kazakhstan - all these are stages of the unprecedented feat of Emba veterans, who today are heroes for their collective, the current generation of Embians.
Makash Rakhmetov, who has devoted over half a century of his life to the geological industry, thanked the management of Embamunaigas JSC for their care and attention and wished the company new production success.
"The older generation will always remain a model of labour valour, resilience and steadfastness. The feat of Emba toilers, who made an invaluable contribution to the approaching Victory Day, deserves special mention. I wish you good health and long life," said S. Arynov.
Today, there are 49 veterans of the home front at Embamunaigas, and all of them receive social support from the company.

JSC Embamunaigas is a subsidiary of JSC National Company KazMunayGas. The official history of Embamunaigas JSC dates back to 1922 when the Embaneft Trust was established to develop the Dossor and Makat fields. The main activities of the company are: geological exploration, oil and gas field development; oil and gas production; oil and gas treatment. Embamunaigas JSC consists of 6 production units in Atyrau city and 4 districts of Atyrau region: "Zhaikmunaigas, Dossormunaigas, Kainarmunaigas, ZhylyoiMunaigas, Embamunaigas and the Production and Technical Services and Equipment Completion Department (PTC&E). The company supplies oil produced for export and the domestic market. Domestically, oil is delivered to Kazakhstan's refineries. The oil is exported through two main routes: Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Marketable gas is sold through QazaqGaz, Kazakhstan's national gas and gas supply operator. Between 2012 and 2022, JSC Embamunaigas allocated more than 1 trillion, 472 billion tenge to pay taxes to the National Fund, national and local budgets. 472 billion tenge, about 5 billion 640 million tenge were allocated for the development of regional infrastructure.
