The title “Zhyl Uzdigi” (the best employee in the industry) has become a tradition at Embamunaigas JSC (hereinafter – EMG or the Company), where care for the quality of human resources and a progressive system of personnel development are among priorities.
The best employees are identified based on the results of the annual monitoring, and the award ceremony, where the names of the best performers are announced, is its final stage.
The winners in 10 nominations received diplomas and prestigious statuettes based on the results of the outgoing year. The criteria for selecting the best of the best were labour performance indicators, personal contribution to stable performance of production tasks, level of professional skills, absence of safety violations, positive reputation in the team, rationalization and others.

The individual successes of each Emba employees are the basis for the overall success of the Company that we have today,” said Sabit Arynov, General Director of Embamunaigas, during the award ceremony.
Embamunaigas, whose economic longevity in 2023 is marked by the beautiful figure of 101 years, historically relies on the stability of the team, continuity of generations, unity of corporate values and employees focus on results.
